Student Code of Conduct & Declaration of Undertaking
All applicants to Eminence Business École de Paris (EBEP) are required to thoroughly read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions. Acceptance of these terms is a prerequisite for processing your application and enrollment at the institution.
By submitting your application, you solemnly affirm and undertake that:
- Voluntary Enrollment: You are applying to Eminence Business École de Paris of your own free will, without any external influence, coercion, persuasion, or bias.
- No External Solicitation: EBEP has not encouraged or influenced you to leave any previous institution to join the school.
- Good Conduct: Your continuation as a student is contingent upon maintaining respectful and appropriate behavior throughout your time at the institution.
- Disciplinary Action: Any behavior causing disturbance, confrontation, or disruption to classes, events, faculty, staff, or students may result in immediate expulsion without eligibility for a refund under any circumstances.
- Respectful Behavior: You will treat all faculty, staff, and students with courtesy, dignity, and respect, regardless of gender, nationality, religion, race, or personal beliefs.
- Prohibited Substances: You will not bring, consume, or be under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, narcotics, or any intoxicating substances on campus premises.
- Weapons and Dangerous Items: You will not carry weapons, sharp objects, or any dangerous items onto the school premises.
- Property Responsibility: You will not steal, damage, or misuse the personal belongings of others or school property and accept full financial responsibility for any loss or damage caused by you.
- Academic Integrity: You will refrain from cheating, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty in examinations, assignments, or presentations.
- Health and Safety: You will maintain a clean, healthy, and hygienic environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations on campus.
- Non-Discrimination: You will not engage in discrimination, insults, or inappropriate arguments based on religion, gender, race, nationality, language, or freedom of expression.
- Non-Disruption: You will not disrupt academic or administrative activities, including classes, seminars, conferences, or events.
- Campus Preservation: You will not deface, vandalize, or damage any part of the campus, including furniture, equipment, digital infrastructure, or facilities.
- Responsible Digital Use: You will not misuse the school’s internet, computers, or digital tools for unethical, illegal, or inappropriate purposes, including cyberbullying, hacking, or spreading misinformation.
- Dress Code & Conduct: You will maintain appropriate behavior at all times on campus, adhering to any dress code or conduct guidelines provided.
- Non-Violence: You will not engage in any violent, threatening, or abusive behavior, whether verbal or physical, toward any individual on campus.
- Finality of Decisions: You accept that all disciplinary decisions made by the school management are final and binding, with no appeals or refund requests entertained from the student in cases of expulsion due to misconduct.

This Code of Conduct is publicly available on the official EBEP website and must be accepted by all applicants during the application process.
