Preamble

These Internal Regulations establish the rules governing conduct, discipline, safety, academic integrity, and overall functioning within EBEP – Eminence Business École de Paris. They apply to all students, faculty, administrative staff, and partners from the moment of admission and throughout their presence at the institution.

Enrollment at EBEP constitutes full acceptance of these regulations.

Organization of the Institution

  • Identity: Eminence Business École de Paris (EBEP), Private Higher Education Institution.
  • Languages: English
  • Programs: BBA, BSc, MBA, MSc, DBA, Language Programs, Digital Certificate Programs.
  • Mission: Educate future professionals, enhance employability, promote values (integrity, respect, innovation, diversity, multicultural understanding).

Admission and Enrollment

  • Admission Conditions: Meet academic criteria as specified in official admissions guidelines.
  • Required Documentation: Proof of identity, official diplomas/transcripts, financial capability, civil liability insurance, valid visa and residence permits.
  • School Response post Receival of Requisite Documents: Max 72 working hours.
  • Students' Decision Time post Offer Letter Receival: Max 72 hours.

Financial Policies: Acceptance of EBEP’s Fee Payment & Refund Policy. Failure may lead to:

  • Temporary suspension
  • Administrative withdrawal
  • Withholding of certificates or diplomas

Attendance, Discipline, and Conduct

  • Mandatory Attendance: Required for all classes, workshops, exams, and academic activities.
  • Justified Absences: Medical reasons (with certificate), administrative appointments, emergencies.
  • Unjustified Absences: May result in written warning, suspension, or exclusion.
  • Expected Behavior: Respect toward faculty, administrative staff, fellow students, school property, and cultural or personal differences.
  • Prohibited Behaviors: Insults, threats, harassment, discrimination, violence, academic dishonesty (plagiarism, cheating), disruption.
  • Professional Attitude & Dress Code: Required during presentations, ceremonies, company visits, and examinations.

Safety & Use of Facilities

  • General Safety Instructions: Compliance with fire safety rules, evacuation procedures, staff instructions, and no-smoking rules.
  • IT and Digital Equipment: Responsible use only; unauthorized software or illegal/inappropriate content is prohibited.

Violations may result in loss of access to digital resources.

Academic Regulations

  • Academic Integrity: Plagiarism and cheating are strictly prohibited.
  • Violations: Grade of 0, disciplinary warning, or expulsion for repeated offenses.
  • Assessments: Written/oral exams, projects, class participation, professional experiences.
  • Academic Progression: Completion of course units, ECTS credits, capstone/professional projects, and mandatory internships.

Internships, Apprenticeships & Professional Experience

  • BBA & BSc: One compulsory internship at the end of Year 2.
  • MBA & MSc: Mandatory internship or apprenticeship for graduation.
  • Apprenticeships: Available from MBA1/MSc1 and MBA2/MSc2.
  • No Internship Contract: Completion of EBEP’s 3-month in-house learning internship.

Digital Behavior & AI Usage

  • Prohibited: Cheating, assignment replacement, deepfakes, unauthorized data extraction.
  • Authorized: Supervised academic use and EBEP-approved AI tools.

Disciplinary Sanctions

  • Verbal Warning
  • Written Warning
  • Official Reprimand
  • Temporary Suspension
  • Permanent Expulsion

The Director reserves the right to impose final sanctions.

  • Access to administrative documents
  • Appeal procedures in disciplinary cases

Enrollment at EBEP constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Internal Regulations.
